Core-Beat Drumming & Dancing At The Heart of Communities

Core-Beat is a rhythmical project which aims to promote and facilitate drumming, rhythm and musical expression (including movement and dance) not only based on local traditions and from all over the world but also on spontaneous creation and improvisation.

I believe this has profound effects on our health, equilibrium and well being and a powerful channel for communication, growth and change both for individuals and for communities.

Core-Beat is a branch of Full Circle Therapeutic Pathways. This brings together a background and experience in Health Services and therapeutic work with rhythm and group facilitation skills.

Activities are also may involve collaborations with other facilitators, musicians and artists for larger projects especially if based on multiple forms of expression (arts, singing, dancing, specific styles of drumming).

Rhythmical & Dance Circles can be tailor-made to each group. Focus can range from play and developing rhythmical skills, to aiding recovery and healing, or just to celebrate!

Core-Beat offers circles and workshops for Health and Community settings, for organizations and groups with specific needs and projects.
